How much is the application fee?
Answer: $30.00 per adult, all adults must be on lease
How much is the security deposit?
Answer: Deposits are $250 each for all size floorplans.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities. PG&E - gas, City of Walnut Creek - electric, Comcast- cable television and high speed internet, Ygnition - high-speed internet (we are on a T1 system), Surewest - phone service and DSL, American Utility Management - Water, garbage and sewage comes on one bill from AUM and is capped-If there is one resident in an apt, the max is $35/mo; if there are two or more, the max is $55/mo.
Are we pet friendly?
Answer: No. Unfortuneatly pets are not allowed at Trinity House Apartment Homes.
Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: All apartments come with one assigned parking space. Any uncovered and unmarked spaces are for extra vehicles and guest parking.
Do we offer short term leases?
Answer: Lease terms are per the lease matrix; month-to month leases are available for an additional $100.00/mo premium.
Does the leasing office accept packages for residents?
Answer: Yes!
Does Trinity House offer storage units?
Answer: Yes, we do have additional storage units available. Price ranges from $25-50 per month depending on which size and are leased on a month to month basis.
What is the school district for Trinity House residents?
Answer: Mt Diablo School District; k-5 @ Buena Vista elementary; 6-8 at walnut Creek intermediate; 9-12 at Las Lomas High School-Public transportation available for all at BART (located right behind us)
